Hi there, ja2cloud. Retrieving mileage depends on whether it has already been recorded or not.
Are you trying to retrieve missing mileage in QuickBooks? If so, it could already be in the system. To check this, make sure your date filters are set correctly. Here’s what you need to do:
- Go to the My Apps menu.
- In the Expenses & Bills dropdown, select Mileage.
- Click All, then ensure you choose the specific date range you’re looking for.
If these aren't recorded in QuickBooks yet, you can manually import them. Here’s how:
- In the Mileage page, click the dropdown arrow next to the Add Trip button.
- Select Import trips.
- Hit Select and import, and locate the downloaded CSV file on your computer.
- Click Open to upload the file.
