I entered a bill into my system from previous year. After many calls it has been reduced to zero. How do I record this?

The bill has been recorded in 2018 taxes and last year the supplier canceled the transaction.

What do you mean when you say it has been reduced to zero? Are you trying to delete a previously entered bill? Was the bill part of a past reconciliation?
