I have expenses entered, why are they showing up in my bank account?

Hi Dlmm324,

It's great to see that you're using QuickBooks Online for your business needs. It sounds like you've entered some transactions manually, and they've now been downloaded into your bank feeds. Using the bank feed feature in your QuickBooks Online account can be a real time-saver. I can explain what steps you need to take next.

When you connect your accounts to the bank, QuickBooks will download every transaction that flows through your bank account. This can really speed up the process of adding transactions into your QuickBooks Online account. If you've entered transactions manually, you'll simply match rather than add them in the for review tab of your banking transactions. If you're unsure of the process, here's an article you can review: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you still need a helping hand, reach back out. Have a good evening!
