It's important you're updating your transaction regularly so you're up to date. To update your transactions, click Banking on the left menu > click on Update at the to right corner. There’s no need to stay on this page while it updates, you can navigate to other pages. QuickBooks will display the duration since the last update to the most recent hour. If this doesn't work, I recommend clearing cache and cookies. Doing this helps fix most issues the app may be having. I recommend you to give this a shot.
