I snapped a number of receipts and they are not showing up in my Receipts to review - anyone had this problem?

Can you tell me if you get the same results if you try in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
