To review your expense transactions from the past year or longer, please log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a web browser, roj_9, as accessing it through the mobile app is not an option.
You can use this link to access your account and enter your login credentials. After logging in, follow these steps to view your expense transactions:
- In the left menu, click Expenses then go to the Expenses tab.
- Click the Filter button.
- Set the necessary filters.
- Click Apply.

That’s it! You will now see your previous expense transactions.
