My snapped receipts aren't being accepted to create expenses - I've tried it on my desktop, uninstalled and reinstalled, re-entered the information and nothing works

Hi there, @theshedgroomer. I appreciate your efforts in resolving the issue with your snapped receipts by uninstalling, reinstalling, and re-entering the information.

First, could you please clarify what exactly is happening? Do the receipts disappear after uploading, show an error message, or do they simply not appear in the For review section in the Receipts tab? Alternatively, do they appear in For review but cannot be accepted when you try to convert them to an expense? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated, as it will help us narrow down the issue and provide a more accurate solution tailored to your needs.

QuickBooks can be particular about the files it accepts. If your file doesn't meet the criteria, it may fail to upload or hang without any indication. The accepted formats are PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG. Additionally, the file size must be under 15 MB. If the image is blurry or the edges are cropped, the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) may reject it.

Alternatively, you can upload your receipts or email them to QuickBooks from your computer or mobile device. We'll extract the information and create a transaction for you to review.

If you have any further questions, feel free to revisit this thread.
