Hello,

 

I do not have the send remittance option either, and I don't understand your explanation of "select the same account when sending remittance to your supplier"?

 

I'm in Canada, so as far as I know we're using the Canadian version.  Can you please help out asap?

Thank you for being a member of the QuickBooks Canada family! While both the American and Canadian QuickBooks are both robust small-business accounting solutions, there are some slight differences. I would be happy to go over Remittance Slips with you as they pertain to QuickBooks Online in Canada.

 

If by remittance slip you are referring to the confirmation that is sent to your supplier letting them know your bill has been paid, let me show you how that works.

 

When you Enter and pay bills you have the option to send a remittance slip to your supplier. From the Bill Payment window, ensure that the appropriate supplier is selected and that their corresponding email address has been entered. Once you have recorded payment for the appropriate bills, navigate to the green button in the bottom right corner of the page. Select the arrow to choose Save and send. A new window will open showing your Remittance Slip. You can edit the Subject and Body of the accompanying email, and see exactly what your supplier will see. Choose Send and close to send this slip to your supplier.
