If the program isn't running the same as it use to it could mean that there is something going on with your internet browser. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and then opening QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. If this doesn't fix the issue you can also try opening QuickBooks in another browser all together or a different computer.
