Hello there, harry.

I recognize how important it is for you to view and analyze your expenses clearly. I'm here to help you provide more information on why this is happening.

Before we proceed, could you please confirm if this is related to your bank transactions?

If you're referring to your bank transactions being consolidated into one group after linking them to QuickBooks Online, it's important to note that the QuickBooks only depends what banks provided. Therefore, I recommend contacting your bank directly to obtain more detailed information regarding this issue.

Additionally, providing a screenshot of what you're experiencing would be helpful for us to understand better and assist you effectively.

Moreover, after reconnecting your bank, you can categorize your downloaded transactions into QuickBooks Online Self-Employed.

If you have any more question regarding your transactions in QuickBooks Online Self-Employed. Feel free to comment below by clicking the Reply button. We are always here to help!
