How to access customer support

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select (?) Help.
3. Select either tab to get started:
   • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. Get more info on how to use the Digital Assistant here.
   • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us, enter a short description about what you're looking for, and select Continue.
     • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat available M-F, 8 AM to 9 PM ET; SAT, 9 AM to 6 PM ET
     • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
     • Request a Callback. Available M-F, 9 AM to 8 PM ET
