Classic view retiring for QuickBooks Online

On May 8, we'll retire the Classic view for all QuickBooks Online products, except for QuickBooks Online Accountant.

QuickBooks Online users who prefer the Classic view will no longer be able to view and use it across the general platform.

Switching to the new Intuit Platform

If you are yet to make the switch to the new Intuit Platform, you can do so before May 8 by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to Settings , locate the opt in banner, and select Switch.

If you sign in on May 8 or later, you’ll find that your account has been automatically updated to the new Intuit Platform.

Accessing the classic Banking page

The classic Banking page will still be available for QuickBooks Online users.

To access the classic Banking page:

1. Go to All apps , select Accounting, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
   Note: If you're still on the Classic view, go to Transactions and select Bank transactions (Take me there).
2. Select Switch to previous version.

Note: Selecting this option will only change the Banking page to the Classic view. It won't change the rest of QuickBooks Online, except for QuickBooks Online Accountant users.
