Non-numerical bank feed errors
"Oops something went wrong. Try again later"
The "Oops something went wrong. Try again later" message is a generic message in QuickBooks that applies to multiple issues and isn't necessarily related to banking institutions or their feeds.
For example, this message may display if there is a temporary Internet service issue.
Specific bank feed issues will be listed on this page as they are encountered. You can search our Support community for the "Oops" error and determine if your particular issue has been discovered and solved.
Bank of Montreal (BMO)
Error 185
Error 185 usually indicates additional security requirements from your bank that need to be completed before you are able to get access.
This may come in the form of a prompt or code being sent to your mobile device. We are partnering with BMO to reduce the frequency of these prompts and working towards implementing a resolution to reduce their increase and frequency.
Meanwhile, please continue answering any security questions and enter the one-time passcode (OTP) or multi-factor authorization (MFA) in a timely manner to ensure a successful connection.
Please note that our teams are aware of the issue and are in the process of resolving it.
Open banking missing statements
Bank statements import is not yet supported for BMO open banking. We are working to get it implemented, and will send out communication when the feature is launched.
While we continue to work on getting this feature out to you, please obtain your bank statements by downloading the file directly from the BMO bank portal website. You can visit this page to learn more about Open Banking.
Scotiabank

Please note that our teams are aware of the issue and are in the process of resolving it.
You can refer to our additional troubleshooting steps if you're experiencing error 185.
Wealthsimple
Error 105
Wealthsimple has made improvements to their login experience and has updated their connection to Open banking. This update caused an interruption, affecting the experience in your connection between Wealthsimple and Intuit.
We're making it easier to keep your books up to date when you connect QuickBooks Online to banks using a new service called OAuth. Many banks and services are making the switch to OAuth in order to improve online banking for QuickBooks Online customers. The benefits include faster connections and easier sign-ins.
Please see the article titled OAuth and changes to online bank connections for more details about the switch to OAuth. When open banking is launched for Wealthsimple, you will receive an in-product notification and alert to migrate over.
