Reconcile accounts in Books Close

With Books Close, you can reconcile client accounts without leaving Intuit Accountant Suite. You can manage accounts and open the reconciliation process directly from the File Review list.
Prerequisites
You need the Books Close add-on to reconcile accounts without leaving Intuit Accountant Suite.Â
Manage reconciliation tasks
Follow these steps to manage your reconciliation tasks in Books Close.
- Follow this link to complete the steps in product
- Locate the Client you wish to reconcile and select Open.
- Scroll to Account reconciliation and expand the list. You’ll see the client’s credit card and bank accounts listed, along with the following information for each account:
- Reconciled through date
- Ending balanceÂ
- Task due date
- Team member assigned to the task
- Task status
- To modify the reconciliation list, select
Add or remove. - Select the Accounts dropdown and perform one of the following actions:
- Select an account to add it to the list.
- Uncheck the account to remove it from the list.
- Select Save.
- Select View/Reconcile to open the reconciliation page for the account.
- Select X to return to the account reconciliation list when you’re finished reconciling the account.Â
- Select the Status dropdown and select Completed to finish the task.
