View your total number of customers
To get your total number of customers, follow these steps:

- To filter your customer data, select the Gear âš™ icon in the customer list, above the Action column.
- Select all the customer data you want to view.
- Select Include inactive or Include projects if you want to include them in your total.
- Select your preferred page size.
- To view the total number of customers, scroll down.
Export your customer contact list to Excel
If you want to create a mailing list or have all your customers' data in one place, export it to Excel.
Follow this link to complete the steps in product.
- From the Find report by name
dropdown, search for and select the Customer Contact List report.
- Customize your report.
- Email, export, or print the report.
- To email the report, select the More actions
dropdown, then select Email report. Enter all the info needed, then select Send email.
- To export/print, select the Export/Print
dropdown, then select Export to Excel, and follow the steps to save it.
Note: You may also select Export as CSV or Print/Save as PDF based on your preferences.
- To email the report, select the More actions
Once you have exported the file to Excel, you can sort the data based on the columns you see in the report.
