Print donor receipts in QuickBooks Online

Donor Receipts can be printed individually or grouped together and printed at a later time. The steps below will walk you through how to print individual Donation Receipts and how to batch print all Donation Receipts received for the year.

Print individual Donation Receipts:

  1. After entering and saving a Donation Receipt, select Print or Preview at the bottom.
  2. Select Print or Preview again from next the pop-up menu.
  3. Review the receipt and click Print. 


Print all Sales Receipts at one time

  1. After entering and saving a Donation Receipt, select Print or Preview at the bottom.
  2. Select the Print later box from next the pop-up menu.
  3. Select Save, Save and send, or Save and close. 


Print batch Donation Receipts:

  1. Go to Sales, then select All sales (Take me there).
  2. Open the Filter dropdown menu.
  3. Under Type, select Sales Receipt.
  4. Under Delivery method, select Print later.
  5. Select Apply. 
  6. This will display all Sales Receipts you've set to Print later throughout the year.
  7. Check the box beside each receipt you'd like to print.
  8. From the Batch actions dropdown menu, select Print transactions.
  9. Your Sales Receipts will open in open in a new browser tab. Scroll down to view all.
  10. Right click on any receipt and click Print.
  11. This will print all selected sales receipts at once.
