Troubleshooting Print in Firefox

Checking your printer setup for QuickBooks Online
- Go to All apps
, select Sales & Get Paid, then select Invoices (Take me there). - Select and open the invoice you want to print.
- Select Print or download, then select Print.
Check Firefox page settings
- Select Menu ☰, then select Print.
- Make sure the Save to PDF option is not selected and the correct printer is shown in the Destination field.
- Make sure the orientation is set to Portrait.
- Select More settings ▼ dropdown to open additional options.
- Make sure the scale is set to Fit to page width.
- In the Margins section, make sure the page margins are set correctly.
- Select Print.
