QuickBooks Desktop makes collecting, tracking, and remitting sales tax more convenient.
You can run reports that will help you review your sales tax payable, so you can make sure everything is accurate before paying taxes.

Tax Agency Detail Report
This report lists the transactions that correspond the box number on the sales tax return.
To access this report, go to Reports > Suppliers & Payables > Tax Agency Detail Report.

This report shows you the information for each lines of the sales tax return.
