I click Clock In in QuickBooks Time but nothing happens. What's going on?

SOLVEDby QuickBooksUpdated 4 days ago

If you are able to sign in and have been able to clock in before, but now QuickBooks Time is non-reactive, there are a few things that could be causing this problem.

The first is the possibility that the security settings on your browser (Google, Internet Explorer, and so on) are blocking some of the JavaScript that needs to run to perform the typical clocking in and out actions. Make sure that QuickBooks Time and your QuickBooks Time web address (for example, yourcompany.tsheets.com) are included in your list of safe sites to access, or limit your security settings to not block cookies or JavaScript.

If that doesn't work, check your browser for add-ons that may have been installed for extra privacy protection or extra security protection, as there are a few browser add-ons that we've seen cause this problem.

Once you've adjusted your security settings, removed any superfluous browser add-ons, and you're still having browser trouble, chances are you may just need to try a different browser. Get the latest version of another browser or two, and try to clock in.

If even using a different browser doesn't solve the problem, contact our support team. We are happy to walk you through some bug reporting options.
