An error message displays when a customer is using the Auto-fill My Return (AFR) feature with a workstation installation. The error occurs for the T1 module only.
Resolution
Check ProFile on the server, and ensure that the AFR function is working correctly:
- Delete the ProFile icon on the customer's desktop to uninstall the workstation installation.
- Restart the computer.

If the resolution methods above are unsuccessful, try the following:
- Check ProFile on the server and ensure that AFR is working correctly.
- Delete the ProFile icon on the customer's desktop to clean uninstall the workstation installation.
- Navigate to the registry and delete GreenPoint, if present.
- Navigate to C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppDataRoaming (where USER NAME is the customer's user name) and rename the GreenPoint and ProFile folders.
- Navigate to C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppDataLocal and rename the GreenPoint folder.
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData and rename the GreenPoint folder, if present.
- Restart the computer.
