Available patch doesn't work with the version that is installed on my computer

A patch installation can only update a particular installed version or versions. If you do not regularly install ProFile updates, a new patch may not always update your older version of the software.

If the available patch doesn't work with the version that is installed on your computer, you need to go to the Download page of our website and install the complete ProFile Suite. The complete version includes all the modifications available in the latest patches.
