Change the corporation name on a T2 if it is a OnePay return

1. Enter a trial license in ProFile. Click here to acquire a trial ProFile license.
2. Make the necessary changes to the corporation name on the T2 return.
3. Save the return.
4. Delete the trial license. ProFile prompts users for a new OnePay license.
5. After purchasing the new license, complete this form to request a refund from the ProFile team.

The user can send you the return using the escalation QuickBase, and you can change the name of the company for them. However, if the name is changed, you will have to do a refund and have the customer do a new OnePay purchase.
