Enter a ProFile license

It is necessary to activate your ProFile license in order to file returns with CRA:

  1. Open ProFile.
  2. Select the Manage Licenses option from the Help drop-down menu in the top toolbar; the ProFile License Activation window displays:

  3. Click the Add New button; the New License window displays:

  4. Enter the Product Code in the PRODUCT CODE field. Enter the license key or license number in the LICENSE KEY This information is found in the receipt that was emailed to you after your ProFile purchase. Note that a product code is not required for license numbers received on or after June 6, 2022.
  5. Click the Activate button.
  6. Click the Add New button if there are additional licenses to be activated.
  7. Close the window.
