Getting an error indicating the license is invalid when trying to print


The following could be triggering the error:

  •  A trial license may be installed
  •  ProFile is out of date
  •  The new license is not entered

Solutions include:

  •  Go to Help > About and check the ProFile version; ensure it?s up to date.
  •  Go to Help > License and ensure that the correct license information is entered
