My client never received the invite email... how can I re-send it?
How can I re-invite a client to Link?
1. From the Client List, find the client.
2. Click on Re-invite Located under the ACTIONS column.
Note: Re-invite is only available under the Actions column for clients whose progress is Invite Pending.
3. You will now see the Invite to Intuit Link email template. You can modify this email text on this screen.
4. Click Send Invite when ready to send.
Note: Clients who have accepted an invitation with one email address cannnot be re-invited using an alternate email address.
