Submit feedback for QuickBooks Online:
- Select Settings
, then Feedback. - Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Submit feedback for QuickBooks Desktop
- Select the Help option.
- Select the Send Feedback Online option.
- Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
- Enter your feedback suggestion.
- Click the Send Feedback button. The feedback is sent.
Submit feedback for QuickBooks Time
Through the web dashboard
- Sign in to QuickBooks Time, and select Help
.
- Select Suggest Idea.
- Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.
Through QuickBooks Workforce
- In the Workforce app, select Setting or More, then Settings.
- Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
- Enter your feedback, and select Send feedback.
