How to carry forward saved predictive typing files to next years' version of ProFile

  1. Close ProFile.
  2. Locate the predictive typing files to be carried forward. The default location is: C: Users%user%AppDataRoamingGreenPointProFile.
  3. Locate the current year's module file and delete the file.
  4. Locate the previous year's module file.
  5. Right-click the file and select copy from the menu.
  6. Right-click anywhere in the folder and paste the file back into the folder.
  7. The file will be labelled 2015T1 - COPY.TYPING.
  8. Press F2, then rename this newly-copied file to the current year.
