How to mark a client as "done" in Link.
To mark a client complete/done:
1. Login to ProFile Intuit Link.
2. Locate the client you want to mark complete/done.
3. Click arrow next to Review under the Actions column.
4. Select Mark done.
The text in the Progress column will change to "Client has been marked done".
To view only the clients that are marked as "Done", click on the Clients marked done filter.
To change from "done" to "undone", select Mark undone from the Actions menu.
You can also mark the client as done from the Requests screen. Slide the Client Done button to Yes. To mark it ""undone" slide it to No.
NOTE: Marking the client as "Done" does not lock requests on the tax payer portal. To lock a request so the tax payer cannot make changes to their response, check the box in the Lock column.
