Hub is not asking users if they want to convert older T2 files using the latest T2 module. This issue occurs when opening a T2 return via Hub.
A dialogue window asking users if they wish to load the T2 file prepared in the older module with the latest module is not displaying. As a result, Hub opens all T2 files using the older module.
Workaround
Open the T2 return in ProFile by either double-clicking on the file name or using the File > Open drop-down menu.
