Icons and check marks in Windows Explorer don't display correctly


ProFile icons and check marks do not display as expected.

Customers encounter this issue when trying to verify the status of a return through Windows Explorer.


Use the "Open" option under the "File" drop-down menu in the top toolbar to open files.

The icons and check marks display correctly.

This issue will be corrected in a future release.
