When a client has fulfilled all the requests of an accountant, they may be marked as "Done" in Intuit Link.
Marking a Client as "Done"
Navigate and log on to the Intuit Link site.
Select the "Clients' link on the left-side menu; the list of clients displays:
Identify the client whose status is to be made "marked done" (e.g. "chow, jason"):
Click the "Review" option arrow in the 'Actions" column of the client; a list of options displays:
Select the "Mark done" option; the client's updated "TYXX PROGRESS" status indicates the client "has been marked done", as illustrated in the following screenshot:
Changing Clients from "Done" to "Undone"
Navigate and log on to the Intuit Link site.
Select the "Clients" link on the left-side menu; the list of clients displays:
Identify the client whose status is to be made "marked undone" (e.g. "chow, jason"):
Click the "Review" option arrow in the "Actions" column of the client; a list of options displays:
Select the "Mark undone" option; the client's updated "TYXX PROGRESS" status indicates the client is again active, as illustrated in the following screenshot:
Note: marking the client as "Done" does not lock requests on the tax payer portal. Check the box in the "Lock" column to lock a request so the tax payer cannot make changes to their response.
