Match your bank transactions in the QuickBooks mobile app

Learn how to accept matching transactions in the QuickBooks mobile app.

Intuit Assist matches up transactions for you. For example, if an invoice payment matches a downloaded income transaction, Intuit Assist suggests it as payment for the invoice. Here’s how.

1. From the Menu ☰, tap Accounting, then tap Bank transactions.
2. Select the Bank you want to match the transaction.
3. Intuit Assist will provide you with suggested matches.
   Tip: Tap See why to learn more about the reason for the suggested matches.
4. Make sure to select the correct match. If the transaction doesn’t match:
   1. Tap Change match, then tap Add resolving transaction.
   2. Tap Other income in the Category field.
   3. Add the amount and the date. 
   4. Tap Save.
5. If you have multiple matches, tap the correct match.
6. Once you’ve selected the correct match, tap Match.
