The preparer/partner initials do not carry forward from the previous year to the current year.
Resolution
1. In ProFile, go to Options > Module.
2. Make sure the 2013T1/TP1 tab is selected on the top left.
3. In Options Module 2013, go down to the options section and deselect Update prepare information on Info form.
When this is selected, it overrides last year's info with the info on the Preparer tab in the Options Environment.
For Premier users: If there is an Options Package being used, go to Options > Options Administration, choose the Options Package being used, and select Save.
