“No valid slips” error when trying to transmit a cancelled T4 or T5 slip

The error reads No valid slips for T5 or No valid slips for T4.

Resolution

Review our support article about Transmitting an amended or cancelled slip via the FX module for the correct process to submit a cancelled slip to the CRA.
