When printing a return from ProFile, some Forms, Schedules or Jackets are missing a page or not printing correctly.
How to correct print settings in ProFile:
In ProFile, go to File > Print Setup
- If the previous year's settings are working, then select the previous module, check the following settings; Margins, Font Scaling, Position and duplexing.
- Ensure the settings are the same for the current year.
- In most cases, selecting "Always Use Default Windows Printer" at the top, and selecting from Positioning and duplexing: Center Horizontally, Size to fit page, and Use printer duplex settings, may resolve most issues.
