"Unable to load file template" error

ProFile users receive Unable to load file template error message:

This error is a result of ProFile looking for a template that no longer exists.

Resolution

Delete the template as follows:

1. Select Module... from the Options drop-down menu in the top toolbar. The Module Options window displays.

2. Clear the path in the File Template field by highlighting the path and pressing the Backspace button. The spacebar should not be used to clear a field because this results in an invalid path.
3. Select the OK button.

The issue should be resolved.

If the error message is encountered when no templates are in use:

1. Select Module... from the Options dropdown menu in the top toolbar. The Module Options window displays:

2. Verify that the template path in the File Template field is correct.
3. Verify that there are no spaces in the path entered in the File Template field.
4. Select the OK button.

The issue should be resolved.
