IssueExisting content within the S100 Notes does not display when opening a T2 return. Existing notes are present in the form but an issue prevents them from being visible.
! Entering new information in the S100 overwrites existing notes.
! Saving the S100 Notes after opening - even without entering new information - erases existing notes.
This issue will be fixed in the next ProFile release.
We recommend that customers wait for the fix before filing any returns.
If a return with S100notes needs to be filed immediately, do not close and re-open the file. Instead, re-enter the notes and save the file prior to filing.
