T1 barcode error message indicates need to update to 2018.5.0 or later

Some ProFile services have changed to take advantage of technology improvements and are available only using version 2018.5.0 or later.

Users who have not updated to 2018.5.0 or later may encounter barcode errors.

Issue

ProFile users encounter the following error message:

The error reads: “The T1 barcode could not be printed. You may not be connected to the Internet. Ensure you are connected to the Internet and try again.”

Resolution

Update to ProFile version 2018.5.0 or later and try again.

The error reads: “The T1 barcode could not be printed. An unexpected service error occurred. Try again and contact ProFile support if the issue persists.”

Resolution

Update to ProFile version 2018.5.0 or later and try again.
