A change was implemented in ProFile version 2014.3.0 for the T1013 form.
After the T1013 has been EFILED, a watermark displays across the page, stating Retain for your records. Do not forward to CRA.
The T1013 can be EFILED regardless of whether the form has the watermark or not. However, the T1013 cannot be paper filed with this watermark. The watermark is to indicate that the T1013 has already been EFILED and should not be paper filed again.
