When clicking on File > Print, the T1135 form is not selected to print, even though it is selected in the Options > Form Selection window and the form is properly filled out.
The reason for the T1135 not showing in the Print window may be because box 259 on the T2 jacket box is not checked off even though the form has been filled out.
If box 259 on the T2 jacket is not checked off, ProFile does not recognize that the form has been filled out and consequently, should be printed.
Resolution
Go to the T1135 form and toggle between the different versions of the form. This will create an override when choosing an option different from the default.
Press the F2 key on the keyboard to remove the override and go back to using the default version of the form.
Go to the T2 jacket and scroll down to box 259 to see if the checkbox has been automatically selected. If it has been automatically selected, the T1135 should now appear in the Print dialogue box. If box 259 is still not selected on the T2 jacket, override the field and select the box. The T1135 should show in the Print dialogue box afterwards.
