Icons for returns show as blank rectangles in ProFile

When using the File > Open functionality in ProFile, icons for the returns may show as blank rectangles.

Resolution

  1. Close ProFile and minimize all open applications.
  2. Right-click on the ProFile icon on the desktop and choose Open file location.
  3. Double-click on the program ProReg.exe to start the ProFile module registration utility.
  4. Uncheck the gpshell.dll option.
  5. Click on the red X in the top-right corner to exit.
  6. Restart ProFile.
