Unable to save a return when Keep backup is selected

If Keep Backup is selected under Options > Environment > File, and an error occurs saying that the file cannot be found. This can be because the location where the files are stored, there is no back up folder. This can be resolved by creating a new "BackupFiles" folder, or copying the one from the original location (My ProFile Data and the subfolder).
