Follow the steps below if the software is refusing to be activated with a current license:
1. Update ProFile. Go to the Online menu and choose Check for updates
2. Open Internet Explorer --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Click Advance --> Security section
3. Check the boxes for "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" . Please ensure TLS 1.2 box is checked.
4. Tools --> Compatability View Setting --> Check "Display all websites in Compatibility View
