From the sign in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
Enter your phone number or email address, then select Continue.
Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with your user ID.
Note: If you don’t see an email from us within an hour, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t have the email, you’ll need to request your user ID again. If you don’t have access to the email you used when you created your account, you can send us a request to recover your account.
Your old password could still be saved in your internet browser. Try to enter your password manually, if you still can’t sign in you’ll need to clear the data so you can use your new password. Once you’ve done this, close your browser and reopen it.
If you have a user ID with your invitation, it should ask you to sign in. If not, you’ll have a link to create one with the email address the invite was sent to. After you create a user ID, you’ll be able to sign in.
