If you want to return your newly purchased QuickBooks Desktop, you can get a refund by sending a request form. If it was purchased from Intuit or an authorized retail outlet in Canada (Staples, Best Buy, Office Depot) who will not accept the product return, and it is within 60 days of the order date, you're eligible for a refund. Take note that we DO NOT refund products that have been previously owned, or bought from auction sites (e.g. eBay, Craigslist).
To get a refund after QuickBooks Desktop is returned
- Complete the QuickBooks Desktop Refund Request form.
- Send the completed form along with required documentation to us via fax (1.888.829.1724) or e-mail (CanadaReturns@intuit.com).
Note: When you request a refund, your license will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the product.

Expect the refund to appear on your credit card statement 7 to 10 business days after it's processed.
Important: It will be refunded to the original credit card used regardless of the card's current status. If there are changes to your credit card, you'll need to work with your bank to have the credit transferred.
