The header and/or footer of T2 forms are being “cut off” when printed on a physical printer.
This issue does not occur on all physical printers. It generally occurs when printers do not support the “print to edge” or “borderless” option.
Customers who encounter this issue should print the form to PDF, and then print the PDF to a physical printer.
This issue was resolved in ProFile release 2017.4.7.
