Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Time account

SOLVEDby QuickBooksUpdated February 09, 2024

If you're unable to log in to QuickBooks Time, follow these steps to sign in another way, reset your password, or recover your account.

Note: As part of Intuit, QuickBooks Time is upgrading to the same security standards that protect TurboTax and QuickBooks. All users will soon have an account for everything Intuit, and your QuickBooks Time account will go through an account security upgrade.

This article has steps for getting help before and after the upgrade, just follow the steps depending on what you see in your account. If you've completed the upgrade, you can find additional help for signing into your Intuit account.
