Add, change, and remove profile picture on QuickBooks Time Mobile

Note: Profile pictures added on your mobile device, will also show in your company's QuickBooks Time account.

How to Add and Change Your Profile Picture

1. On your mobile device, in QuickBooks Time, at the top left, tap your initials or profile picture.
2. On the Profile screen, tap your initials or profile picture.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Tap Take photo, take the photo, and tap OK.
   • Tap Select photo, and make your selection.

How to Remove Your Profile Picture

Note: If you have a gravatar on the web, after removing your QuickBooks Time profile picture, it'll revert to your gravatar.

1. On your mobile device, in QuickBooks Time, at the top left, tap your initials or profile picture.
2. On the Profile screen, tap your initials or profile picture.
3. Tap Remove photo.
