Files are being excluded or incorrectly displayed in Classic Database or Client Explorer

Issue

When running filters in Client Explorer (for example, EFILE status=accepted), files that do not match the criteria display or are excluded.

1. Click the "Index" button in the Classic Database window (see button 1).

2. Click the "Clear" button on the "File Index" window (see button 2).

3. Click the "Yes" button when prompted on the "Confirmation" window (see button 3):

4. Click the "Cancel" button on the "File Index" window:

5. Click the "X" icon in the top-right corner of the Classic Database window; the window closes.

6. Open the Database and re-index.

7. If the issue persists after re-indexing, exit ProFile and continue with the steps Deleting Database Files below.

1. Select the "Database..." option from the "Option" top toolbar menu in ProFile.

2. Click the "Clear" button on the "Database / Client Explorer Options" window (see button 1).

3. Click the "OK" button on the "Clear Database?" window (see button 2):

4. Open the Database and re-index.

5. If the issue persists after re-indexing, exit ProFile and continue with the steps Deleting Database Files below.

1. Navigate to the "My ProFile Data" folder. The default location for the folder is C:\Users\[USER NAME]\My Documents\My Profile Database.

2. Delete all files with an extension of *.FF2, *GIX, or *.GDT:

Note: when ProFile is reopened, new *.FF2. *.GIX or *.GDT files will be generated in this folder.

3. Re-index the database in Client Explorer and rerun the query.
