Returns are missing from Client Explorer

Returns are missing from the Client Explorer window.

Resolution

  1. Under the View option, select All Clients.
  2. If a pre-set filtered view is already set, the filter excludes returns that do not meet the specified criteria.

If still having the issue after setting the view to All Clients, refer to the article, Files are being excluded or incorrectly displayed in Classic Database or Client Explorer.
